Heroes from all walks of life—including military, law enforcement, first responders, educators, and community servants—are eligible. You may also qualify if you’re getting married at a partner venue or booked through one of our glam vendors.

Answer:
It’s a comprehensive glam and media package that features professional hair and makeup services, our EraseLine product, and a transformation process with up to 21 enhancements—including video, photography, and styling elements.
Availability depends on our schedule, staff, and resources at the time of your appointment. Not all 21 enhancements are guaranteed; we’ll personalize the experience based on your story, needs, and timing.

Question:
Is the experience really free? What’s the catch?
Answer:
There’s no catch. The glam portion is always complimentary for qualifying heroes, thanks to donors and product sales. If you’d like the full media package (photos, videos, social clips, etc.) included for free, we kindly ask for permission to use your footage for marketing and storytelling. Prefer to keep your media private? No problem—you can choose to purchase exclusive rights to your content so it stays just for you.
